How long does it take to get my service started?

It will take approximately 30 days to get everything started. This is because the lines have to be provisioned and your dedicated agent/assistant/staff is trained for your business.

Do I need to pay while the service is being setup?

No, the minimum you have to pay is one month from the beginning of the service.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No, we have month to month billing. You can cancel at anytime.  But if you are happy with our service, we suggest that you sign a long term contract for added savings.

Do I have any input on who I can have working for me?

Yes, part of the 30 days is looking for an agent/assistant/staff that we will meet your business requirements.  We want to make sure that you will be happy with the person that we give you.  All you need to do is specify the requirements when you sign up and we’ll take it from there.

Can I replace the agent/assistant/staff assigned to my business?

Yes, you definitely can.  However, a temporary agent/assistant/staff will have to be assigned to your business until a replacement is found. If you are looking for specific skills, it may take some extra time.

What is the difference between an agent, assistant and staff?

An agent is typically limited to taking calls and making calls.  No additional work is done by an agent.  Assistants and staff are not that different.  Staff only means that you have more assistants working for your business that can do more work than a typical assistant.

Do I need to train the agent/assistant/staff assigned to my business?

It  is suggested that you provide some training on what you are looking for to make sure that we are aware of your needs. We want to make sure that we meet or exceed those needs.

What happens if my dedicated agent/assistant/staff is sick?

If your dedicated agent or assistant is sick, a temporary agent or assistant will be assigned to your business.  If you have a dedicated staff, typically, the remaining staff member will take over all the work until the other staff member returns. If the staff member needs help, we will assign temporary staff to provide some assistance.
