Answering Service

How it Works:

  • After your answering service is set up, your phone number can be published on your website or ads. If we are providing the website for your business, it will be published there along with your email addresses.
  • When a call or email comes in, it will be directed to your dedicated agent located in our TelephonePal.Com call center.
  • Your agent will answer any questions or respond to any emails sent by your clients. Your agent will inform you of any messages and provide you with a report of all incoming calls.

 


Virtual Assistant

How it Works:

  • After your Virtual Assistant service is set up, your phone number and email address can be published on your website, ads, business cards, brochures, etc.. If we are providing the website and additional services for your business, we will take care of publishing the number for you.
  • When a call or email comes in, it will be directed to your Virtual Assistant located in our TelephonePal.Com call center.  Your assistant will answer the phone like a typical assistant located in your office.  Your assistant will take messages, setup and confirm appointments, forward calls to you, respond to email, remind you of appointments, etc. like a typical assistant. 
  • At the end of the day, your assistant will provide you with a detailed report of the day’s tasks and remind you of any appointments or call backs for the next day.




Virtual Staff

How it Works:

  • After your Virtual Staff is set up, your phone number and email address can be published on your website, ads, business cards, brochures, etc.. If we are providing the website and additional services for your business, we will take care of publishing the number for you.
  • When a call or email comes in, it will be directed to your Virtual Staff located in our TelephonePal.Com call center.  One of your dedicated staff  will answer the phone like a typical assistant located in your office.  The other assistant, can take messages, setup and confirm appointments, forward calls to you, respond to email, remind you of appointments, etc. like a typical assistant.  In addition to these tasks, a virtual staff can do research for you and type simple documents that you may need to send to a client for a meeting. 
  • At the end of the day, your staff will provide you with a detailed report of the day’s tasks and remind you of any appointments or call backs for the next day.
